Our Hearts Together Senior Day Center is officially open and now accepting memberships!
Our program provides a welcoming, supportive environment where seniors can connect, engage in meaningful activities, and enjoy their day in a safe and caring community.

Program Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monthly Membership Options

1 Day Per Week: $400/month
-
2 Days Per Week: $800/month

3 Days Per Week: $1,200/month
Membership allows participants to attend their selected days each week during program hours.

We accept: - Private Pay - Long-Term Care Insurance - Veterans Benefits (including VA programs) - Respite Care Funding Programs. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and guide you through the enrollment process.

Clients We Serve
We provide a safe, engaging daytime environment for:
- Older adults needing supervision or companionship
- Individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementias
- Adults experiencing social isolation
- Caregivers in need of respite support
Continence Care: We can assist with mild or occasional incontinence but are not equipped for extensive care needs.​​​​
Who We're Working With
We’re in collaboration with Old Friends Club, whose person-centered approach to adult day programming helps guide our vision and ensures meaningful, engaging experiences.​
We are partnering with Meals On Wheels for nutritious meals. We are also partnered with Island Transit to provide paratransit services for those that need a ride!
