WHAT IS A CO-OP/COOPERATIVE?
Heartsong Homecare Cooperative (HHC) is a Washington corporation organized under RCW 24.06, licensed as a non-medical In-Home Services Agency through the Washington State Department of Health. HHC operates on a cooperative basis in which the workers coordinating and providing the service own the company and collectively direct its operation under the principle of one member, one vote.
DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICARE OR MEDICAID?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept Medicare (*Medicare only covers medical services.*) or Medicaid at this time. We ARE able to accepts most Long Term Care Insurance plans .
We hope to meet the goal of accepting Medicaid in the future!

CAN CAREGIVERS DRIVE ME TO MY APPOINTMENTS OR THE STORE?
Yes! Our caregivers are able to get you where you need to go. All of our caregivers are licensed and able to drive you in your car.
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS BEFORE WE DECIDE ON A HOME CARE PROFESSIONAL?
We are always happy to provide a free phone consultation or home visit. Whichever you are comfortable with. We want you to be able to choose the right fit for your family!
