As caregivers, we are committed to providing safe and comfortable in-home care to the Elderly and Disabled residents of Skagit and Island Counties.

Care at Heartsong is built on two pillars: client‑focused service and empowered caregivers. We’re licensed by the Department of Health, our caregivers are fully background‑checked, and we stay current with annual continuing education. Every member of our cooperative brings meaningful experience to the work—and a genuine caregiving heart. We’re here to walk alongside you and be part of your circle of support.
You choose when and how much!
From 1 hour to 24 hours, 7 days per week, we are there to provide support and care.

From getting up in the morning to going to bed at night we can help and support all of the daily living tasks.

Memory Care
We know how challenging it can be caring for loved ones with memory issues. We are happy to provide respite or full time, safe care.
It's our pleasure to assist those with Dementia & Alzheimer's to complete daily living tasks, including personal care, meals, and stimulating activities.
